Terms and Conditions: #teamyellow coaches program

Thank you for your interest in participating in the #teamyellow coaches program offered by Tennis-Point (Tennis-Point Europe GmbH, HRB 283659, Register Court Munich). 

By registering for and participating in the program, you agree to comply with the following terms: 

1. Criteria for participating 

1. The #teamyellow coaches program is aimed at tennis and/or padel coaches. The coach must have a valid coaching certification recognised by the tennis federation of the respective country. 

2. If a coach has uploaded a proof of licence to Tennis-Point in the past, it will automatically be transferred to the new #teamyellow coaches program. After the transfer, the coach must complete a questionnaire to indicate personal preferences and characteristics for program optimisation. 

3. Agreements of the coach or its club with other tennis or padel brands do not affect the eligibility to participate in the program.  

2. Registration process 

1. The coach can register for the #teamyellow coaches program at “Coaches and Clubs Program” under „My Account“ by completing the registration form. 

2. After confirmation by Tennis-Point, the coach becomes a coach of the #teamyellow coaches program („#teamyellow Coach“).  

3. Obligations of the #teamyellow coach 

1. The #teamyellow coaches program is free of charge. 

2. The #teamyellow coach must promote Tennis-Point in his environment, especially among his students, and encourage them to purchase tennis or padel equipment from Tennis-Point. 

4. #teamyellow coach discount 

1. As a #teamyellow coach, the coach receives a discounted price on a large part of Tennis-Point's products („coach discount“). 

2. The coach discount is automatically applied when the coach registers as a #teamyellow coach at the Tennis-Point webshop. 

3. The #teamyellow coach can test the test rackets offered in the Tennis-Point webshop free of charge against payment of a deposit. After adding the test racket to the shopping basket, the discount is automatically applied at checkout.  

5. Discount codes for coach referrals 

1. The #teamyellow coach receives an individual discount code, which he can make available to his environment, especially his students, free of charge. The discount code offers a discount of 5%, which can generally be combined with other current promotions or discount codes and can be redeemed in the Tennis-Point webshop and stores. The exact conditions for redeeming the discount code are specified in the voucher visual. 

2. The discount code is only valid in the country in which the #teamyellow coach has registered. 

3. The #teamyellow coach will receive the discount code by e-mail, and the discount code can also be viewed via their coach profile at “Coaches and Clubs Program” under „My Account“. After the discount code expires, the #teamyellow coach will receive a new individual discount code by e-mail.  

6. Commission for sales with discount code 

1. The #teamyellow coach receives commission on sales generated by purchases in the Tennis-Point webshop or stores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland where the #teamyellow coach's discount code is used. The commission amounts to 5% of the net turnover generated and is granted for every 5000 SEK turnover in the form of a gift card for Tennis-Point.  

2. Once the turnover threshold has been reached, the #teamyellow coach can redeem the corresponding gift card directly from their coach profile under “Coaches and Clubs Program” in the “My Account” section. Tennis-Point will then provide the gift card to the coach via e-mail upon redemption. 

3. The entitlement to commission does not apply to sales for which a statutory or contractual right of withdrawal is exercised. 

7. Communication 

1. The #teamyellow coach agrees to be contacted by Tennis-Point by e-mail. Contact may be made in particular for registration purposes, notification of the discount code, information on generated sales or changes to the #teamyellow coaches program and as part of the newsletter.  

2. The #teamyellow coach assures that the information provided by him / her is complete and correct. Should the information provided by the #teamyellow coach or other circumstances required for the #teamyellow coaches program have changed, the coach shall change this immediately via his coach profile at “Coaches and Clubs Program” under „My Account“. 

8. Termination 

1. The #teamyellow coach can terminate his participation in the #teamyellow coaches program at any time by notifying Tennis-Point in writing / via e-mail to coaches@tennis-point.se.  

2. Tennis-Point may terminate a coach's participation in the #teamyellow coaches program with immediate effect by email notification, in particular  

1. if the coach violates any provision of these terms and conditions, 

2. if the coach loses his coach certification, 

3. if the coach speaks about Tennis-Point in a defamatory manner or portrays the brand in a negative light, 

4. in the event of misuse of the discount codes, including distribution on voucher sites, or  

5. in the event of other fraudulent behaviour by the coach.   

3. With the termination of participation, the coach’s discount code becomes invalid and his entitlement to the coach discount and commission expires. 

9. Consent, changes to terms and conditions 

1. Tennis-Point reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time. 

2. Tennis-Point will inform the #teamyellow coach by e-mail about the change of the conditions. 

3. Continuing participation in the  #teamyellow coaches program after the terms and conditions have been changed constitutes the #teamyellow coach’s acceptance of the changed terms and conditions.  

4. By participating in the #teamyellow coaches program, the #teamyellow coach agrees to the validity of these terms and conditions and agrees to comply with them.
